If you have not received the confirmation of submission email [Email 1] then you have either:

  1. Given us an incorrect email address (non-approved University format, spelling error) or; 
  2. It has been sent to you and landed elsewhere in your inbox (junk mail or another filtered folder). 

We suggest you check your email again and then proceed to fill in another submission for a ticket. 


If you have in fact entered the wrong email, you will then receive Email 1. Otherwise, if you have entered it correctly, the system will knock you back indicating that the email already exists in the database. You should fill in a support request for further information to track down your position.


If you have not received the offer to purchase email [Email 2] then the server is still processing you in the queue. Please wait.


If you did not receive the emails [Email 3 and/or 4] from Ticketbooth with your receipt and self-service login details please fill in a support request.
