If there is a significant number of tickets available within any University’s quota after the guaranteed period elapses, and you are early on the waiting list, then you have a reasonable chance of getting a ticket. Any tickets that become available from cancellations will be distributed to waiting list submissions, in order, as they become available. Unfortunately, we can neither predict the rate of offers or possibility of this happening for you.
